A significant contributor is our tendency to spend long hours hunched over computers. According to Yoga International, neck and upper back pain often results from rounded shoulders and hunching, which strains the surrounding muscles and weakens them over time. This tension can build up gradually, often without us realizing it.
This yoga practice will help you relieve tension, improve your posture, reduce stress, control your breathing, and fully relax.
